Brief Oral Sex Encounter

So I would like a risk assessment on an encounter I have recently had. I went to a massage place that offered extras. I opted for just a hand job, but at one point she started to perform oral sex on me before I stopped her. It would have been no more than either a small kiss, tiny lick, or possibly even nothing at all to the shaft.

My understanding is that there is potentially a small chance of syphalis or Herpes. The Herpes I am ok with because I know I already have this, hence me stopping her from continuing.

Would this assessment be correct, and how small is the syphalis risk?

The risk is as close to zero as it gets.

What country are you in? Syphilis is uncommon in most developed countries, like the US, UK, Canada, most European countries, etc.

A quick lick like that isn't going to transmit anything, and unless the person had a syphilis sore on the end of their tongue, there is zero risk. If they did have a sore on the end of their tongue, it was so brief that it would be very, very unlikely to transmit.

Thanks for your response. I am in Dubai currently, and the lady in question is from Thailand. I presume that if she did have a sore on her tongue it would be apparent to her?
A syphilis sore isn't painful, but she'd feel it, and it would be visible.

I really wouldn't worry about this. Test if you want, but it would be to ease your mind, that's all.
