What is this HPV or other condition ?

Hi,

My girlfriend has some itchy and painful to the touch bumps inside het vagina. Suddenly appeared
Overnight it seems…Yesterday evening she had some itch then It went better new itch this morning
And now she noticed clusters of bumps inside her vagina as showed on the picture

It is hot and she did not drink much so she assumed an urinary tract infection
Which she had various times before.
But could this also be hpv looks really similar imho. It is more then 5 years since
I performed mutual masturbation with another partner and since then we both did not have sex with anyone else.
Could this be symptoms of hpv contracted >4 yrs ago.
It already felt better this evening after drinking lotsa water.

Grts and thx for all input

Not an actual answer but I could not edit my post and forgot the link of the picture …. So anyone with some feedback ?
My anxiety is growing rapidly so Amy feedback would be so much comforting so pls anyone with some thoughts on the matter ?
HPV doesn't cause pain. It is highly unlikely that this is being caused by HPV, or that she'd get symptoms 5 years later, or that you would get HPV from mutual masturbation. Hands don't transmit STDs.

I don't know what is causing her symptoms. She really needs to see a doctor.
Thx auntie did you also see the link to the pictures ? Can you associate it with any other condition ?
I did see it. I can't diagnose her - I'm not a doctor. That said, I don't know what's causing her symptoms. It doesn't look like an STD, and she really needs to go see a doctor. There are lots of things that can cause pain and itch - yeast, bacterial vaginosis, for example - and her doctor will be able to determine what she has.
Pain goes away as long as she doesn’t touch it. Keeps itching but bit less. It looks like the clusters bumps have retracted a little bit but it can also be the nature of the picture. See picture in links below….

Any update on ideas ?
Advice has been given. Not STI related. Go see a doctor.
As mentioned multiple times, this is not an STD, and no one here can diagnose the cause of your wife's medical issues.  She needs to see a doctor.
