Brief Unprotected Oral

I had brief unprotected oral dating back to July 7th and one other encounter two days after, both interactions were less than a minute of oral.  On Saturday July 16th, I started to notice slight burning at the start of urination which progressed into itching/irritation in urethra.  Urination only has slight burn at the beginning and goes away after start, also no pain during ejaculation.  This prompted me to test for gono and chlamydia Monday morning, test came back yesterday afternoon and were both negative.  I certainly have had some anxiety fueled milking that has probably made irritation worse looking for discharge.  Had slight discharge this morning after gently squeezing the tip of my penis.  Do you think there is any chance this could be NGU?  Based on what I have read trich or mycoplasma genitalium are thought to rarely transmit through oral.  Am I letting my mind get the better of me?

So as you already know, milking your penis can cause irritation, and fluid that you see after milking it isn't actually considered discharge in the infection sense.

You're also correct that mycoplasma isn't thought to be a risk with oral sex.

Have you had any urine testing? Have they found any white blood cells in your urine?

One of the most common causes of irritation in the urethra is dehydration. How's your water intake? Do you drink a lot of caffeine and alcohol? Increase your water intake and decrease caffeine and alcohol and see if that helps.

This could also easily be anxiety. Your risk level was really low.

Thank you so much for the quick response.

I have not undergone any urine testing, considered contacting my primary care physician to possibly set this up.  I do have a urologist, have only seen him for a vasectomy last December, I’m sure I could try and set something up with him as well.

Definitely think dehydration could be a big factor as well as caffeine.  Drank beer in warm temps that Saturday and definitely did not have enough fluids to offset alcohol intake.  Have really upped intake yesterday and today to see if that helps with burning sensation.  I definitely think I have caused irritation due to constant checking over the last 72 hours as well.

Trich is also considered to not easily pass through receiving oral as well correct?  The mouth to penis contact was legitimately under a minute or less both times.
Sorry one last thing, itching sensation in the urethra has also been a worry with the slight burning sensation at the start of urination.  I’m sure my constant checking has not helped with feeling of itchiness.  Would the itching be a symptom of anything without me possibly creating that problem to begin with?
Itching is a vague symptom, and could be from dehydration, irritation, perhaps an infection, but without any other symptoms, it's not likely to be an infection.

Trich isn't really a concern, either. The oral was really brief in both situations - chances of you getting something from either are low.

Give it a couple of days, continue to drink the water, but don't overdo that, either. See how you feel on Friday morning, and if you aren't better then, maybe go to an urgent care or your primary for a urine test. I'm sure you'll be fine.
I really appreciate your insight and help here.  Thank you so much!
You're welcome. :)
