Burning penis most all of the time, sore testys/pelvic area, over all sick feeling
I am a 30 year old male suffering from Penis pain/burning most all of the time, at one point i was having cloudy pee and every once in a while white milky discharge at the end of urination all which burn ( happend for a few weeks then stopped then happend for a few more then stopped then again). These symptoms appear to not be presant often any more, but i am drinking 6-8 16 ounce glasses of water per day. I have sore testicles ( mostly the left ) and pelvic pain usually around base of penis, i also feel nauseous alot of times, especially first thing in the morning and my face is often roasting hot but my internal tempature is usually 96-98. My symptoms vary and seem like if once symptoms worse the others are less worse. My knee`s have been starting to ache too in the past month.
In the beggining.. aug 2010, my testicle was sore on and off, here and there but felt sickly like i had a flu virus, hot face and pulsating tummy. symptoms cleared up ( before this i had protected sex roughly 2 weeks but unprotected oral ) symptoms went away.. sept 15 2010 i woke up in the morning and had a bowel movement and ever since ive been sick, after the bowel movent i got the burning urination and cloudyness, dizzy, nauseated, hot faced, disoriented, headaches, testicle pain and had to urinate a lot more than usual.. I stayed on soups due to not being hungry and drank meal suppliments.. This continued for a few months, i had an ultrasound on my bladder, kidneys and prostate no problems but a small kidney stone that should have easily passed.Also had my genitals checked by my doctor with nothing out of the ordinary. I did 7 days of doxy one pill every 12 hours just in case.after treatment I still was having urinary symptoms so I did a urine culture test which was negative. By this point my sinus`s where giving discharges of orange tag colored flegm ( dunno if it was related ) seen an allergist which gave me nasonex and i tested allergic to soy and cats. She also did a number of blood tests ( CBH,TSH,Anti-TPO,IgE,IgG,IgA,IgM, H phylori titer ) which all came back negative. In the mean time I changed family doctors and got the ureathral swabing to test for stds once again becouse the urine sample may not have been acurate which came negative and did 15 days of doxy just in case again.. now im awaiting on an ultrasound on my testicles becouse they are really sore and just dont seem right to me, no lumps or swelling, tubes feel larger than usual and it definately burns more than usual after ejaculation and sometimes gives me a rash for a few hours on the head of my penis ( meatus) but not always ( doc checked the rash and said its nothing to worry about. and they seem hot to me.. I have had my testicals checked by 3 different doctors whom say they feel normal. I dont have many discharges anymore but have not since i started drinkin a ton more water, my pee is usually bright bright yellow and clear between meals.. currently trying zinc 50mg vitamins to hope to cut down on buring at penis tip..my whole pelvis still kills me and my testys both hurt, ive also had alot of eye pains throught this all, bowel movements relatively normal but my sinus`s are still messed up but not as bad becouse of the nasonex and nasal washes. I am lost and need help or awncers, this has really screwed me over, can barley go to work or do anything and it makin me really depressed.. Thanx ..december 27 2010

your rash you have now very well might be fungal due to 2 courses of antibiotics. if it lingers you can certainly try some otc jock itch cream to see if that helps it.
It sounds like you are getting a very thorough and proper work up for your symptoms. really nothing else I could possibly add or suggest. best of luck finding out what is going on and causing you to feel this awful. you've had full std testing from the sounds of things so the odds that this is a std are very low.
