Undiagonosed Problem in Pennis

Hi all,

I'm facing some issues with my penis but the cause is still undiagonosed.

I'm uncircumcised and I had protected oral where condom got a bit loose for a while along with a a casual kiss (not deep, just lips).

In urine tests (STI & Culture) done after 30 days, only Ureaplasma was found which is not considered a STI and it was cleared (in urine) with a weeks dose of Doxycycline.

I also had some tear in penis while masturbation which led to slight bleeding on tip of penis but the bleeding stopped after a wash.

It started with frequent urination first, a strong smell in urine, penis looking little swollen.
After taking Doxycycline and drinking more water, the frequent urination and strong smell was gone.

Now, there is some dull ache mainly when I touch penis or testicles or when penis touches my clothes, along with some inflamation in Pelvic area.

More symptoms have occured now causing consistent sore throat for weeks (sometimes noticing green mucus), inflamation in stomach, chills, wheezing, body aches, fatigue, ichy eyes, headache, burning in stomach/throat/legs.

I got the ultrasound of penis done and there are no abnormalities in structure and no fracture.

Now, all this started with symptoms in penis and the penis symptoms have not gone. There is still a dull infrequent ache when penis touches the clothes or when testicals are touched. Im getting an erection during masturbation but because it's uncomfortable, it's not that strong. After masturbation, the pennis also has slight burning and little inflamation.

All this happened in last 2 months. It will be good to know you views on these:

1. Can you think what could it be?

2. Is it possible that urine PCR tests don't pick the STI infection?

3. Is it worth doing a STI test of semen or some other tests for  diagonosis?

Thank you!

As advised in your previous threads, this does not appear to be an STD.  We urge you to continue working with your doctors to find the cause of your ailments, but our STDs forum has provided all the assistance possible at this point.

From what your describing it would be more related to anxiety with the penis issues as having protect sex like you describe would not let any germs inside your penis so you can rule that out completly. as to those other symptoms you describe would be more consistant with the flu. Touching your penis and all the masturbating could be causing any irritatons your having.
