Can you get an std from Saliva?
Is it possible to get an std if someone uses saliva to masturbate you or touch you? So many websites say you can get so many from saliva to genital contact (indirect oral)

Theoretically there is very low risk involved, but in reality no one gets STI like that. Saliva is a very ineffective carrier of STI germs (except herpes hsv1). It is possible to have urethritis caused by normal bacteria in saliva but that is not a case of STI.

Thank you. For herpes transmission would it need a present sore for a probable chance?
Yes, saliva is not an efficient way at all to get hsv1 unless it passes over a sore.
