Can you get std or hiv if you got 30 second oral

Had a casual encounter and spoke to a woman older. The conversation was intellectual and then shifted to that. She did oral on tip for 30 seconds and asked if I had cummed. Is there a chance I got a disease from that encounter? After 10 minutes went to wash. Concerned even though she said she doesn't do unprotected because she kisses her kids but then did that and commented she's been with plenty during her time so what does that mean? Is there a chance she was lying and has some disease?

Greetings. Your partner's profession or the nature of the talk you had with her are not related to your risk. Neither is the story of her past encounters: there are plenty of people who get a STI from their first or only partner.

If you didn't have a condom there is a little risk for syphilis (which is rare in the US), oral herpes and a tiny risk for urethral infections like gonorrhea or chlamydia. No risk for HIV, it is not transmitted orally.
If you experience any symptoms, you may test for those.

More importantly is your fear to get an STI; with the level of fear that high you should use protection or abstain.

She was an escort. First time allowing a female there. Is there a high risk she was lying? She said she put it in her mouth entirely. It was 30 seconds. It didn't seem like she had a white tongue since I asked before letting her for 30 seconds. After she did that then 10 minutes after went to wash with soap and felt a slight ting and red at the tip. A small moment of weakness has me really worried.
