Chlamydia/Gonorrhea?

Hello, I'm a male of age 19 and recently have noticed a few... 'concerning' issues regarding my genitals.

One day while cleaning (i'm uncircumcised), I believe my nail slipped a bit and slightly tore my frenulum. I didn't really notice this at the time, however it did sting a little.
Not noticing this, I masturbated as usual, and within the following weeks became involved in a relationship.

After my partner and I had sexual intercourse (protected), I noticed that where I had previously 'hurt' my frenulum was slightly tore open and bleeding ever-so slightly. I began, then, to google this, and was under the impression it would heal in ~2 weeks.

After about 8 days, we had sex again (I figured it was healed, silly me), and I noticed it happened again. While it's not exactly 'painful', it's not pleasant, either, though I think much of the discomfort (there isn't much) is mental.

I've been cleaning it with salt water, as well as using Polysporin (the 3 antibiotic kind), and it seems to be doing well, however I do have more questions.

Could this be mistaken for anything else? Lately, after a minor health complication, I believe I'm developing acid reflux. This I feel is important to mention, because also I've been noticing very, very minor amounts of blood on the tissue paper after using the bathroom, and my rectum is slightly itchy at times, as well. I have been drinking excess amounts of caffeine lately, alongside eating many spicy foods and such, however, could these symptoms be possibly related to my perceived torn frenulum?

After searching for gonorrhea/chlamydia symptoms, I don't feel as though I have many. Sometimes, after an erection or something of the sort, I will feel a very slight, wet substance on my boxers. However I feel this is simply precum, as it is only present after an erection or when my genital bump up against my boxer shorts, themselves. There is no smell to it, or color. It's simply clear.

I find that with said torn frenulum (not torn, but slightly scratched), it's a lot harder to clean, and after doing so (as seems obvious) the area is slightly red, due to the scrubbing (I think?) and afterwards my penis is slightly discomforted for about a minute, until the area dries.

Does this sound normal? It doesn't hurt to urinate, my lymph nodes are not swollen, I have no sore throat, my skin and eyes appear fine, my testicles are neither swollen nor painful. My sole dilemma is there perceived cut on the frenulum, difficulty cleaning and questioning as to whether or not my rectal bleeding/itchiness is related to either of these, or whether it could be a product of my reflux. Mind you, I do get really bad heartburn!

Thank you so much, guys! Sorry for writing a novel!

Hi, symptoms of gono and chlamydia would be a white urethra discharge and burning with urinating. The blood on the bath tissue suggests hemorrids. Nothing you mentions suggest any std. If your concerned have a doc check you out.
