Please help penis pimples herpes/hpv or something else

Hello, I am a 29 years old male. I am experiencing some sort of pimples greyish of varying sizes on my penis. They are near the tip around the meatus(8-10). Last time I've had sex was 4 months ago with a condom on but had unprotected oral. There's no pus and I can't seem to pop any of them.

I've been googling a lot and do not seem to find a plausible answer. They do not itch as such. The more I think about these pimples, I feel that there is a slight tingling sensation. Maybe this is because of stress.

Have you seen a doctor for these? They are kind of hard to see in your pics, but generally speaking, it could be lots of things. It might be HPV/genital warts, a fungal infection, some kind of dermatitis... it's a long list.

Unfortunately with bumps, the only way to know is to get it checked by a doctor who can examine you in person.

Ok, thanks for your response. I've booked an appointment with a dermatologist for next week. I'll keep this post updated.
