Condom came off inside me - risks?!

I've been seeing a guy for a little over a month and we've been having protected sex. Well, we just had intercourse and the condom came off inside me (got it out). I'm going to get Plan B tomorrow morning, but nonetheless I'm scared of STDs, particularly the non-bacterial ones such as Herpes or warts. So I have some questions-

- I've had my full Gardasil dose so I'm not really worried about genital warts. It does protect against 90% of them, correct?

- In over a month, I haven't seen any herpes outbreaks nor have ex-girlfriends claimed he has them. He also says he doesn't, for what that is worth. So what are the chances of him having herpes and lying about if I haven't seen an outbreak?

PLEASE help. I hate this crap.
