Confused between Trichomoniasis and Chlamydia

I had unsafe sex, two years ago, however I got infected with STD at first I made a urine analysis and the doctor prescribed me Doxy 100mg twoice daily for seven days but after the seven days nothing happened the symptoms were still there and sever. In the last year I ran urine culture 3 times and it comes clean. Also, I went again for a swap analysis and it came clean again. My doctor told me this is a Trich and he priscribed for me Flygle 250mg for seven days. I took the med two weeks and the same symptoms exist, anyway 7 month ago I went again for an other doctor he asked me to make a urine and semen culture again I went to the lab and made the tests but the result again came clean, no Pathogenic bacteria, the symptoms are still exist till now watery discharge, burning urination, sometimes itching in the penis opening, and last year I had sever abdomonal pain, and burning ejaculation.

I am really confused what to do, I can not live my entire life with this illness, it will,at some point, will do me great harm. Pluse I am in a third world country where modern RNA- and DNA-based NAATs are not availabe.

I have to agree with Bruh - if you are continuing to test negative for STDs, it's probably not an STD.

You should see a urologist. It could be a prostate issue, a bladder issue, etc. I have no idea why your doctor called it trich when you didn't test positive for that, but see a urologist. Don't suffer any longer.
