Creepy feeling

About 2-3 weeks ago i had intercourse that lasted about 30 seconds where condom broke so she preformed oral sex on me.  so 1 week later i started freaking out about std's (i was caught in moment at the time and made a moronic mistake). My testicles started feeling somewhat of a burning feeling and turned red. Also i felt a SLGITH tingling/burning feeling on the cusp of my penis right underneath the head. I have seen no pimples, no sores of any kind, yet my pee has been wierd looking like almost a neon yellow. I had tests done for a uti and a culture test done, all came back negative. Problem is i asked to also be tested for Herpes but they didnt do that on the culture test only Gonorrhea and chlamydia. Im pretty scared, the person i had done this with has told me 100 times she has had no symptoms of any kind and hasnt had anything. But im still worried, it seems like ive had back aches, headaches, i even got a chest cold and was pretty sick for 1 day only. Yet i dont have any excruciating burning or sores 2-3 weeks in? And if its not Clymidia or gonneria or a uti then what could it be just that i caught a bug?
