STD and/or anxiety ? Help !

Hey guys, it's been 3-4 weeks now I feel confused and very anxious because of a weird situation. I've been with my boyfriend for 3 months now and we stopped using condoms 2 months ago, after getting both negative tests for regular stds.

4 weeks ago, I started having mild penis tip discomfort and had clear discharge. I've been given azithromycin and cefixime just in case, but, there again, chlamydia/gono turned out negative. I also got checked for Mycoplasma/Ureaplasma, which were also negative. Symptoms kept going on and a weird burning sensation in the anal region (especially when I sit) started to show randomly. So I got 10 days of doxycycline, which got rid of the penile discomfort and discharge, but not the anal mild burning sensation.

Meanwhile, I discover 2-3 really small pimples around my anus (I think there were already there few weeks ago, though) and I am unsure it might be HPV warts, but they aren't grouped, lumpy or cauliflower-shaped, but smooth and quite small.

In any cases, my biggest concern now is the burning sensation in the anal/rectal region, because it hurts when we try anal intercourse. Any idea what it could be ? I am quite hypochondriac I am starting to think some symptoms come from my head (genital focused anxiety) which create a mental blockage. Is that possible ?

So, the physician only found some musculum contagiosum warts starting to erupt in my buttocks line, maybe a little redness too. He prescribed me some antifungal and cortisone based cream, which seems to calm the burning sensation. However, I read that cortisone based creams are boosting the musculum warts spreading too, so I am a bit lost here. I will get them removed asap, I just hope the sore was caused by those and nothing else, so I can finally move one.

Finally, I also read musculum are unusual with adults, excepted for immunodeficient people. Since my boyfriend is HIV+ (undetectable), I am a bit freaking out, even if he,'s undedetectable for 3 years now (on ART) and I also take the PREP.

Any advice is warmly welcome. Thanks !

Skin in that areas is really sensitive, so any physical action (penetrative sex or oral sex) can damage the skin and cause irritation.

If you both tested before starting to have unprotected sex, you should have made sure you expired the window period for each std before testing.

All the best.
