I've had a very dull ache in my testicles for a few days now. My testicles are not painful or tender to touch; they feel fine. I get occasional stabbing pains in the tip of my penis. No discharge and no pain at all while urinating. I feel no tenderness or pain when handling anything.
Does this sound like Chlamydia? Would these symptoms appear so soon?

Are abdominal/bladder pains associated with Chlamydia in the first few weeks of infection?
Is it worth even getting tested for Chlamydia after this?
