Skin colored noticable bump on the top right of penis head. Ive had this for as long as i can remeber but started to worry about it. Wat could it be?

also on the bottom of my shaft on the back i have forcelyn spot but it looks like it has a cut on a few of them. Like a small circle indent on them that are red bot when looked up close at it doenst look like a cut....i hope you understand, its hard to explain
