Encounter with trans escort hiv/std risk?

I had an incident which I’m worried i been exposed to hiv risk, i would like to know what you think my risk is. It happened 9 days ago i had encounter with trans escort which i performed unprotected oral for her and had swallowed her semen, i didnt see any bleeding after she left in my mouth but my mouth does have very sensitive gums and easy to bleed. During this 9 days period i didnt have the most luck and got lightly injured on 2 different occasions one is a bruise near my eyebrow and nose and the other is twisted ankle. Everything was healing fine until today which i woke up with sore throat and body ache, light fever and my twisted ankle is more painful then it was the last 3 days. My anxiety going through the roof due to the symptoms and my internet research. Would love to hear your thoughts and hope they can put me at ease until i get testes. Thank you

Curfew is correct - ankle pain has nothing to do with an STI, or bruises on your face, or anywhere for that matter.

Giving oral sex to someone with a penis puts you at risk for oral gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis. Syphilis isn't that common, and your partner would have had to have a sore that your mouth came into contact with to transmit it. You would get a sore in your mouth anywhere from 10-90 days, with 21 days being the average. You can test for this at 6 weeks.

Oral gonorrhea doesn't usually have symptoms, but if you got them, it would be a sore, red throat, maybe a fever, maybe swollen glands. If you get symptoms, they usually appear within 7-21 days. You can get a throat swab for this at about 5 days.

Oral chlamydia is thought to be less common than gonorrhea but is still a risk.

There is a risk here, but oral sex is lower risk than intercourse.

Thanks for your reply, i just went to doctor and was tested positive to influenza a so that explains the symptoms, also doc told me there is no need for std test if there is no pain or discharge from the penis so I hope all is well. Thanks
You're welcome. I hope you feel better soon! :)

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You didn't have a risk for HIV and didn't need to test for that. I'll let another person respond about STDs since others who post here have more STD expertise, but your ankle pain wouldn't have anything at all to do with an STD.
