You need to go and be seen - no way around it. You've ignored the symptoms far too long as it is. Self diagnosing is never a good idea and what you've described doesn't really sound like syphilis either.
yes a rash on the arms can be due to the azithromycin.

I am not medically qualified to "argue" with Vance. I was supplying more information. There's a difference. Know what you're talking about before u go butting in.
In stead of argueing the point here with Vance....go get tested. If positive you need treatment. Azithromycin is NOT the recommended treatment for syphilis..please go now for exam.
Vance, the sore were not open at the same time. to best describe it, it seems like they took turns.i am noticing a light rash with red spots on my arms. could this be a reaction to the azithromycin i took? what does u gut suggest when i describe the symptoms?please help. i should have gone to the doctor when the symptoms first broke out but for embarassment, i dint. i live in the US.
With syphilis you get 1 sore or canker usually at 21 days after infection but up to 90 days.
My advice is to see a Dr and possibly test for syphilis, but 3 sores is not going to be syphilis.
