Was drunk and brought to a brothel while travelling overseas. Didn’t want to do anything, I sat on the chair to wait for the pimp to bring the girls.

You did none of these things.

STIs are not transmitted by toilets, furniture, drinks, arm touches, etc.

Guilt doesn't equal risk. You don't need to test, and you had no risk.
