Found a bump - want to know what it could be?

Hello group - hopefully you all could give me some insight on this small bump. To start, I am a guy that has sex with guys.

I found it (a bump, slightly red and the size of the smaller bumps that rim my penis head but is located ON the head). In the past three months, I have had insertive sex with three guys (all times I used a condom and the condom did not break) and have had unprotected oral sex with 6 guys (including the 3 guys I had insertive sex with).

What type of STD would I get from the unprotected oral? Is this the beginning of syphilis? What should I look out for?

Any advice would be great. Thank you.

Im going tomorrow in the morning and will see. I thought it could have been HSV2 but I have not had any redness or tingling in the area where the one super small red bump showed up. I will see what comes of my testing/physical.

Bumps can be many things often not a STD but you would have to see a Dr for an exam.
