Oral NGU and potential for spread

I have recently had 2 experiences that I am not proud of nevertheless I need information.  I had unprotected sex with a woman and began to immediately feel guilty, went to the clinic and was tested for Chlamydia, gonnorhea, hiv, syphillis, and hepatitis b and c.  They were all negative.  Then in a curious state I gave oral sex to a man.  I had a mild sore throat for a bit that went away after a few days. 10 days after giving oral to the man I tested positive for NGU, I did masterbate following giving him oral and guess that some body fluids were on my hand.  Is this possible and what would be the potential for me to spread NGU by giving oral sex to a woman following the sorethroat?  I know this is complex but I am having trouble sorting things out.  Thanks for any input

Oh and there is nothing wrong with exploring your sexuality (unless of course, you are in a committed relationship and you promised no other partners), but just make sure its protected.

No, its not possible that you got NGU from giving oral sex, even if you had his fluids on your hands.

You also couldn't give it to the woman you gave oral to after the guy.

You probably got NGU from the first woman that you had unprotected sex with, unless the guy also gave you oral.

You might want to do an oral test for gonorrhea to make sure you don't have that.
