Gonorhea or something else?

I believe I contracted an sti 12 years ago, that led to pelvic inflamatory disease which symptoms I stupidly ignored. 1 month after the exposure I got white yellowish discharge and itching which was diagnosed as yeast infection but my gyn didn't  perform any tests and the perscribed treatment did work and the discharge went away, but than it appeared again milder. One year after that I began to have awful UTI and e.coli was found I was on treatment and it went away but than apperared again and again and it was aways e.coli found. Yeras later I developed really painful periods that lasts up to 8, 9 days.
Now so many years after that I was checked for everything hiv, syphilis, chlamidia (dna, antibodies test), gonorhea (pcr test), ureaplsma, micoplasma(pcr), trichomoniasis and all were negative.
Is it possible that I was misdiagnosed with yeast infections and utis?
Is it possible that it wa gonorhea what could be the damage? Coould all my internal organs be covered with scar tissue? My gyn have never seen anything suspicios on ultrasound..
How long can gonorhea untreated persist in a female body if there is no reinfection?
If I really have pid, can the pathogen still be in my body after 12 years?

If PCR test for Gonorhea was negative it means that you don't have this STD.

You can test for more bacteries (E. Coli, Enteroccocus Feacalis)

The problem is I wasn't checked for gonorhea on time, but just recently. Could it be gonorhea back than 12 yeras ago and it went away on its own? Or if it was gonorhea my results now would have been poditive?
