std. sti. frush

Hi . I had a 1 night stand 9 weeks or so . 2 to 4 days after I came out with frush on penis head . Which I treated with fungal cream . It went no problem.  Then a week or so after it would come back with erection or if i wash it would flare up again . Sometimes u can't see the small bumps / skin colour spots . Unless u look in daylight . But when I have an erection they are plainly visible . I have treated with vagisil 2 % cream but it never seems to totally clear.
Do I need to see a doc . Any info would be appreciated

Seen the doc . Had all tests . Via blood and urine samples and all came back negative . Received steroid cream as they thought it was a skin issue. Cream helped for a while . But never totally cleared the problem . It's hard to see until erected . It looks like spots under the skin . If anyone can help . As stated no pain . Discharge.  Pus
