STD sores with hair

I recently had unprotected sex with a prostitute.  3 days after our encounter I develops a couple of pimples/sores at the base of my penis.  Everyone of them has a hair growing our of them.  I am assuming I have folliculitis and some chaffing from what I'll say was a rigorous encounter., but do STD related sores have hairs growing out of them?

I plan to get tested, but my google searched seemed to indicate STD sores never have hair growing out of them, so I am curious if anyone knows if this is fact or just not common.

Hi, was the unprotected vaginal? I would agree with you that your symptoms are inflamed hair follicles.

Yes, it was vaginal.  We did have anal sex as well which was protected.  She spent considerable time giving me oral sex and hand job. So again, my belief is that this is not likely an STD as it seems like it would be too early for one to appear.  She did assure me she was recently tested and clean and wanted to make sure I was...of course this conversation took place after we had sex.

You cant go on what see tells you. But you were exposed to all std with unprotected vaginal sex. If you did not have any penis discharge or urethra discomfort 5 days post exposure, you most likely are ok but testing for all std is the order of the day.

It's day 3 and only the folliculitis. I plan to be tested. Even if she had a clean test and telling the truth, I am sure she had partners prior to my encounter. I'm only as clean as the people who had sex with her before me...which is to say there's a high risk.  Very stupid decision.
