At the end, I cleaned my penis with some tissues from a tissue roll, which seemed clean and dry.

Is it at all possible that some residual infection on the tissue roll (from a previous customer or the escort) could have infected me with an STD?

Escorts are risky business?  I dont think you can discriminate.  An escort who practices safe sex (100%) is far less likely to infect that a non escort who does not practice safe sex.

I would assume that every potential partner is a risk and use protection until such times as it becomes a committed relationship.  At that time I would suggested testing together before embarking on a spree on non protected sex. Stay safe

Just remember in the future no matter who your sexual partner is always use protection! Make it a habit to have a condom with you if your going out on the town.
