Hard Pimple like bumps

I had unprotected sex last October.  In January I went to see a doctor about a couple of white bumps under my pubic hair in the upper groin next to my penis.  The test came back negative for HS2.  In March I noticed another two bumps on my scrotum, and went to get a blood test for HS2, which came back negative.  I have about 5-6 of these bumps either on the scrotum, or at the base of the penis and groin area.

What the hell is this?

I don't know what they are, but if you are concerned, get another opinion.

Most have gone away already.  The Doc saw one on the first visit and thought nothing of it....

Have the bumps ever gone away?  Has the doc ever looked at them?

They don't sound like herpes, but might be HPV or genital warts.

If a doc hasn't actually SEEN them, you should get them checked.  If money or insurance is an issue, try a local std clinic or Planned Parenthood.
