Hard to start urine.

Last year i got infected with chlamydia, the clamydia infect me on april, and i find it out about august, about 4 month without medical attention, later have run thru medication, and the PCR swap test from the tip of the penis is negative.
in other word the doctor says it's cure.

Now I had hard time to start a urine. and i feel that my urethra is twitching somehow. is it possible the chlamydia infect the prostate?
