Have I contracted a STD infection

Hi,

I recently visited two escorts in the last two weeks.
Both performed oral without a condom but protected sex!! The oral with both women lasted a minimum of five minutes each if not less...
The down side to this is my longterm partner who is a type 1 diabetic is 3 months pregnant and I feel terrible for what I have done.
I have had sex with my partner unprotected and on both times in the last two weeks she has been really sore after both times and has complained that she thinks she has a kidney infection!!!

Could I have possibly contracted a STD and passed it on to her or am I just over thinking!!!
I do get awfully paranoid!!! Should I got get a check up at my local gp!!
I am getting a slight tingle sensation in my penis but no other symptoms like leaking puss of burning pains while urinating!!
Would be great to get some advice on this
Could I have possibly contracted an STD and passed it on

They probably would not test her everytime. And do you want to run the risk of her testing positive? 5 days for gonorrhea and chlamydia tests.

I thought I had to wait 4 weeks after contact to get tested!!!!
I am so nervous now!!! It is the first time I've cheated on my partner and 100% the last!!! My partner was tested for STD and anything else for her bloods 6 weeks ago and was all clear and because she is pregnant now she has to visit her hospital every two weeks for checks and she gives blood and urine samples!!! Would they test her for STD everytime she visits!!

It's possible that you did get a STD (the risk is low), but her symptoms are not an indication of a STD.

Get tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia now, syphilis-6 weeks after exposure and herpes 3 months after exposure. Just to be safe.
