I found a lump on my vagina, could it be a Bartholins Cyst?

Yesterday I realized I had a lump on my vagina. It doesn’t hurt when touched and it’s not itchy at all. It looks like it’s filled with liquid and it’s purple in color, can be described as a bruise. I was reading online (I know not smart) but verything is pointing at it being a Bartholins Cyst. I would show you a picture but I can’t though here. Can someone please help me?
