negative result in Urine culture test

Dear friends,

I had a UTI infection that caused burning while pee, swelling testicles, fever and some rash. That is just after receiving a handjob and licking from a massage girl (CSW).
My doc suggested me to have a urine culture but the results are negative. What does that implies ? Could it be possible that the antibiotics (azitromycin + cefaxime tabs for a week) could have killed the bacteria earlier ? Because I did the test on third day of my medication.. Or should I be worried and get tested for something else...

I suffered it almost a week and I have no clue what it was .... This even terrifies more ... Spoke to the doctor, he said that because I tested late , the infection was already cured antibios... Hope he is right
well if you had an infection it wasnt from the handjob or kissing and yes taking antiboitics for a week would have killed bacteria but also note a culture is only good for showing a positive not a negative.
"Culture is good for showing a positive not negative" what was it ?
Anyways, thank you for replying to me.
