STDs don't transmit through clothing (or any fabric) this way.

thankyou for reply I never had any kind of sex not also oral sex and my semen when comes out in wet dreams its white when i ejaculate its mixture with white and yellow and it doesn’t smell bad

And i went to hospital the doctor did check up of UTI which was normal and he did also of VDRL and it came out negative he said evrythng is fine so what is the cause of yellow semen with white?
VDRL only checks for syphilis, which isn't a risk here. There are no STDs you can get from wearing dirty panties. There just isn't.

Thank you i will go find out to the doctor and sorry last question if i wear used panties with any fluids which are worn recently by someone else there is no risk here of std ?
I can't say it any differently - there is no risk for STDs from wearing used panties.
