Herpes or irritation

Hi,

Basically had unprotected sex with a girl, whom I do trust to be std free (but you never know), and about 2 days later I noticed some red dots on my penis head, and some tiny white head on inside of foreskin. To note I had been on holiday so hygiene wasn't up to scratch and was using different shower gels etc to wash my penis. So these red spots and white heads aren't painfull or itchy at all. And after a couple days it's just seems to be red patches and some red dots on the penis head and slightly flaked skin in places. I have an appointment for a few weeks time for full STD screen, and the nurse over the phone from description seemed to think it was just a soap irritation or something. I have been applying aqueous cream to it and seems to slightly clear up after 1 more day but seems to feel a kind of warmth sometime and coldness on penis head, but not sure whether this is just the anxiety and me being aware of every movement downstairs!
Your thoughts would be much appreciated, is this a typical herpes outbreak or is this most probably not?

Thanks

Hi, this is a very common question that you are asking and have seen this many times. Most of this is anxiety based as no std including herpes would show up in 2 days. Most likely what you think it is from poor hygine.

Hi

Thanks very much for the reply, appreciated! Yeah probably as I do get anxious a lot! Just seemed a bit of a coincidence and have never had spots like this. They definitely aren't blisters but still flakey skin, leave bright red open flesh but no pain or itch. Hopefully clears up and was just a dermatological problem.
