Frequent urination after 30 days of protected sex with sex worker in Thailand
Around 38 days back I made the dumbest mistake of my life. I was on trip to Thailand by office. I visited this sex massage parlour in Pataya. I dont know why did I go there.
The girl(Thai massage sex worker) got full nude and asked me too to get full nude.
After looking at my penis she got a bigger size condom.
The girl first took me in bath tub. She rubbed her self to my body in soapy water. (Without condom)
Then wiped me with Towel and wiped herself with different Towel.
After that she repeated (body to body massage) the same thing outside bath tub I was lying down. She did apply some lotions. During this session there was no intercourse but her gental area did touch my genetal area I was not wearing any condom. And I and her were fully nude.
Then she asked me to lie down on bed.
She was sucking my chest nipples to turn me on.
She put the condom on me. And got on top of me.(sat on me but bodies were not touching much)
I did not ejuculate so she lied down and I got on top of her (same condom) but still bodies were not touching much (not cuddling) and still I did not ejuculate. And condom did not tear or come out during any of this session.
So later she removed my condom and gave me a handjob and I finally ejuculated. When she was giving me handjob my hand was touching her genitals (her vagina)but I did not insert my finger inside.
Later got up and cleaned my hands and penis with water and left.
I remember this session try to forget it but it is with me like a night mare.
But now comes the real worse part after 2 - 3 days I got completely worried about std . And in two weeks I was getting some burning sensation in my penis no sores visible but I saw one small white dot very small pimple type in bottom portion of my penis hidden behind my penis foreskin may be it was always there as it is so tiny and hidden.
The burning sensation didnt go so I got tested after 28 days (29 days precisely) for all diseases and got negative result. The Test doctor I spoke to advised me I am getting worried alot just move on drink lot of water burning will go.
But the burning is still there after 38 days and even I noticed after 4 weeks I started getting frequent urination (urinating every hour of day time) including night I wake up from sleep atlest once at night to pee(urinate). I might be drinking 3 litres of water in a day.
Now This frequent urination is there past 10 days driving me nuts . Little burning sensation in penis. After I urinate I get some releaf. And that white pimple type dot but not sure about this (may be it was always there) Today I also felt the tip of my penis is little red.
I also got very minor lower back pain at one time I dont know if it is related.
I didnt find any discharge from penis. Penis does not burn/pain while pee(passing urinate) didnt notice anything like that.
I cant see any white or red pimples or ulcers etc in penis or genetal area .
No fevers. Before or after didnt had any sexual encounter . Had sexual encounter with wife months back but I am sure she is clean. I confessed about my mistake to her and dont want to pass anything to her.
1. Is this herpes ? It is showing negative now. As it shows accuracy after 2- 3 months .
2. I didn't get tested for gonneria my test doctor said if u had a protected intercouse no chance to get gonneria. Is he correct?
3. Can it be any other UTI. If yes is it due to this sexual encounter Or co-incidental.
4. Is it any other std ? All though all tests are negative do I need to make another test after few weeks or so.
5. Any medication to stop burning of penis and frequent urination.
6. I dont think frequent urination and burning is due to anxiety but can it be due to anxiety and will go away?
