protected sex but I got a bad sore throat, is this an std?

hello, about 3 and half month ago I had protected sex with a sex worker the condom was intact and the blowjob was with the condom also but after 2-3 weeks after I developed a really bad sore throat and it has been continuing since then my throat is inflamed and the back of my mouth has several raised pimple like and I also have a feeling of something stuck in my throat and my neck is hurting me all of this are on the left side of my neck I already tested for hiv at 92 days and it was negative and vdrl negative and chlamydia negative but the problem is that the doctors keep giving me antibiotics for infections and now its my fourth antibiotic course and my mouth and throat are still inflamed and I don't know what type of infection this is so my question what sti/std could cause these symptoms and have this resistance to all these antibiotics
