i recently attended a friends party on July 12th 2008. there were stripper/escorts there giving lap dances and oral sex. i was slightly intoxicated (drunk) and i decided to give unprotected cunnilingus with two of the escorts. their seems to be no cuts or bumps or anything that was abnormal with the vaginal, and i dont have any cuts or open sores in my mouth also. except about a week ago i ate lunch and my throat felt a little swollen (but then it went away about an hour later). so i performed for about 2-3mins to one and 6-7mins to the other one. the second one was very wet. i dont know if she had an orgasm or not. i rinsed my mouth out with water later. that was it...
so i have been stressing out after the incident. i have a good girlfriend at home, we have been dating for about 3 years and we are planning to get marry one day. i dont want her to catch any diseases that i might bring back. and if she did we would not be able to have babies. our life would be ruined. i totally regret what i did and will never ever do stupid things like that again. i didnt know what to do. i went to see a doctor, and he scared the **** out of me. he told me to come back and take an blood test next month. so i tried to contact the escorts. and asked them have they had a test lately and if they were clean. they said "yes"... but i kinda dont know what to think since they are escorts...
so two days later i woke up with a slight sore throat. felt like there was a blockage when i swallow or drink . my muscles and joints felt kinda sore. i was extremely tired all the time for the whole week (i was thinking maybe lack of sleep since the party) i only had about 8 hours total during the weekend. anyways, i also notice that i had a (slight) itch all over my body for about 2 days. almost like a tingle. i checked for lymph nodes swelling on my neck and i felt something in front of my neck but it was not protruding the skin, (is it suppose to protrude?) or is it because im a heavyset? checked the underarms, by the ears and lower region... nothing. so its been a week later (July 21st) today. i am still freaking out about everything... i looked in the mirror and found a thin white line on the left side of my tongue... now im really scared. i do wake up in the middle of the night but with no cold sweat.
please someone or doctor let me know whats going on with my body. will i be okay? thank you so much!

I can't explain the aches and soreness you have - I'm not a doctor. Maybe its stress or anxiety, or both.
It seems as if you are safe from syphilis, but testing is the only way you'll know for sure.

ive read everywhere early symptoms are like swollen glands, flu like symtoms.... But I have none of those... None that I notice...
Can u explain my sore mucles? And aching joints?

HIV you might not get symptoms for years. Most people don't.
Syphilis symptoms would appear within 6 weeks, though many get a sore sooner than that.
All over itching can be from stress, dry skin, etc.
And I'd go with the acid reflux. That gives me a sore throat a lot.

thanks for the quick response aj. When does any symtom show up for both syph and HIV?I haven't really had sign for neither besides from sore muscles and joints and a very little tiny itch all over my body... No rash. I kinds intch it and it goes away...

Yes, its too early, but its a great sign that they are negative, as many people will show positive early.
For HIV, its 3 months to be accurate, but you really don't have anything to worry about. HIV from cunnilingus is very low. Syphilis is 6 weeks, and hsv 1/2 can be up to 4 months, but again, you have little to worry about. Herpes doesn't seem to go from the genitals to the mouth often - its very rare.
The gonorrhea is accurate.

My doc told me to take a HIV and syph test. So I took it @ 21 days... Both came back negitive. I took 1/2 antibdy... Is it too early to get accurate results?

Remember that the chances of anything are VERY low. Don't forget to keep perspective.

Syph can take up to 6 weeks or so to show on a blood test, but keep in mind that most gonorrheal infections of the throat are asymptomatic, and syphilis wouldn't give you these symptoms.

It wouldn't hurt to get a swab for gonorrhea. They need to do an oral swab - you had no genital exposure.

yes i went to the doctor. and he said it might be strep throat... but i tested for that came up negitive. so now im stuck... should i wait out the month and get everything tested? or go asap get the gono and syph checked first?

I said they were very slim.
Swollen glands do protrude some, but its not always easy for us to know what's a gland and what isn't. Have you seen your doctor?
I don't know what's wrong with you, but your doctor will be able to help figure it out.

The chance that you got anything from unprotected cunnilingus is very slim. The only things you'd be at risk for are gonorrhea and syphilis.
You can do an oral swab for gonorrhea now, and a blood test for syphilis at a month or 6 weeks, but I wouldn't worry too much.
I don't know if your symptoms are due to stress, illness, or what, but they aren't std symptoms.
