Risk of STI transmission from frottage with another male

I met with another man of unknown status today. He said he had received his 1st shot of monkey pox vaccine 2-3 weeks ago.

When I was naked and he was in his underwear, he rubbed his underwear covered frontal portion all over my buttocks.

In the next few minutes,  he touched himself, then used the same hand to slide the foreskin back from my penis and also touched my testicular area for several seconds.

I did not touch his genitals.

Right after, I washed my hands and areas of contact with soap and water.

Can someone please let me know if there is a risk of any variety of STI from this encounter?
Do I need to get a full panel of testing?

There is no risk from this event. Hands do not transmit STDs, even if they touched themselves first or fluids are involved.

You do not need to test.

Thank you for your prompt and detailed response.

Although mutual masturbation doesn’t transmit anything according to the links above, what about frot and other similar activities?

I am very anxious if syphilis or monkey pox could be transmitted this way
