Worried and need help!

I'm a 38 year old male.  7 weeks ago I made a stupid mistake and had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a stripper at a club. I've been completely consumed with worry and have spent countless hours online reading about STDs -- which has only fueled my worst fears.  3 weeks after the encounter I got tested for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and UTI (uring sample) & Syphilis, and HIV (blood) -- all negative thankfully.  Plan on going back at 3 months. But the doctor gave me a 1g single dose of Azythromycin before results were back because I was experiencing tingling and iritation after urinating.  2 weeks later it was still there, and was given 2G Metronidazol for Trich which I took -- although I was not tested.  Symptoms have lessened, but it's now it's been a little over 2 weeks and am still feeling some very mild irritation -- but it is on and off.

The internet has made me worried about other things like M. Genetalium, Mycoplasma, and Ureaplasma all which I understand can cause urethritis -- and am now worried about prostasis.  I'm becoming seriously depressed and feel so much guilt.  I have been happily married for over a decade and I definately do not want to pass along anything to my wife unknowingly. It would ruin my marriage.

My questions are:
Are M. Genetalium, Mycoplasma, and Ureaplasma infections common?
Would the meds I was prescribed get rid of these?
After being cleared the STDs and treated for Trich, am I safe to resume unprotected sex with my wife?
Is it common for these symptoms to last even after the infection is gone?
What else can I (should I) look into to get rid of these symptoms?

I plan on seeing my GP about my continuing issues, but my appointment is 2 weeks away and am way too anxious and feel like I need some help & advice.

Should I be worried about Hep B?  I got the vaccine as a kid, but I think only finished 2 out of the 3 shots in the series.

Not sure of the actual percentage, but most of the time it happens.

Thanks for the quick reply Vance.  I do plan to talk with my GP to suggest a therapist -- and agree with you that my symptoms are likely anxiety related.

I realize herpes is very common and can many times be asymptomatic, but if I would have contracted Syphilis wouldn't it cause a sore/lession like 99% of the time?

1. No they are not common.
2. I don't know about medications, we don't give out medication info as we are not trained in that area.
3. For STD's yes except for herpes and syphilis
4. I think it was/is not an infection but anxiety/guilt
5. Seek a therapist to help you
