Is chlamydia undetectable in me and do the antibiotics not work?

My girlfriend believes i gave her chlymydia after the first time we had sex. She was tested positive for it. This of course made me go get tested immediately buy my results came back negative. I took the meds anyways. 8 months later my girlfriend accused me of cheating on her because she got chlymydia again. I did not cheat on her but i went and got tested and took the meds again. The results came back negatuve again. This time we waited on having sex for a month and she went with me to be tested again. I showed her that i was negative again. We have sex very often so how could she keep getting it and me not getting it? Even if she cheated then she would have fiv1em it to me. And believe me, she was heart broken when she found out, she really believed i cheated. She was not lying. N I did show symtoms of having it as well both times. Now its been 3 years since we started dating and i have symptoms again, but i went and gor tested on my own and the results were again negative. Ive had a shot in the butt, ive taken a mix drink azithromyacin, 2 500mg,azithromyacin, and 4 250 mg az over the course of this situation. I also showed symptoms of this infection about 7years ago and didnt get treated ever until 2 years ago when it showed back up. I know i should have got tested n treated back then, telling me that does not help. Thank you for reading and for any helpful repsponses!
