is this an std? pics included

i'm sexually active (non-penetration sex activities), i'm more active to the oral sex acts, and this show up on my penis few days ago. I dont know if its just a feeling, but it's feels kinda tingles, or itchy. Can somebody tell me what it is?pics below

Receiving oral sex exposes you to syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia. You can test for those ones three weeks after the exposure.
