Possible false negative

Had unprotected sex 2 months ago. Got tested for STD 1 month ago. All tests were negative. Chlamydia & gohnorrea tests were urethral swab & NAAT urine.
Now my left testicle is enlarged and has mild pain from time to time.  Minor irritation in tip of penis. Could be mental for discomfort.
Wife had lower abdominal pressure & premature spotting couple of days before period.  Wife has scheduled appointment with GYN

Could my results be false negative?  Should I get tested again?

I've read that Truch tests in men are not very reliable.

Time for testing is important as below post exposure:
HIV---3 months
Syphilis------6 weeks
Herpes------3 months
Gono and chlamydia----1 week
If you tested negative in the correct time frame then your negative. Most false negative happen when you dont test at the proper time.

Hi, if you had unprotected sex outside your marriage you need to be tested for all std,s including HIV, Syphilis, Herpes and  trich for your wife protection.
Most std symptoms you would have a white urethra discharge and burning while urinating about 5 days post exposure. What your describing appears more of an injury.
