I know you are tired of doctors, but if all your tests came back negative, this isn't an std, and you owe it to yourself to look outside std as a cause, and find another reason.
You might post in the gastroenterology forum for better advice.

Side Note....
I strangely feel better every time I drink or eat. If I havent drank or ate anything in awhile and I get hungry or dehydrated, my symptoms seem to get worse. Its like my stomach is demanding food that I will not feed it.
Mass sugar craving (Im on a very strict sugar free diet for about 3 weeks) and just plain hunger are common. I have not lost any weight or have i gained any weight. This is how I have been my whole life. My weight stays static and never really changes unless I work out every day.
My body seems to be tired from all the digesting of my foods and all the gas that is built up from whatever is causing this. (In my opinnion the Candida albicans.)
Maybe I should clarify a little bit. I had tests run by the doctor. Im not evensure what he tested for honestly but, one of them was a blood test and the others were all pee cup tests for various things. My blood work came back perfect so I'm not sure what the deal is.
I don't feel sick and the doctor always feels my neck to make sure my nodes are fine ever time i go in there. I have no complaints except for the bad gas pains im feeling and a bit of a foggy mind.
My temperature is always perfect and I do not have any symptoms of HIV or any of the other stds that I am aware of. I just figured that the blood test the doc did was for all of that stuff.
I even went to a urologist and he checked me out saying that everything was ok and there was nothing to worry about. But my stomach problems just got worse from there.
I know that Yeast is a strange thing to discuss because most people don't know a whole lot about internal yeast problems but im just looking to see if anyone else has any similar problems or symptoms that can let me know where to go from here.
Im sick of spending money on docs that don't help me figure out what is causing my uncomfortable leaky gut and ibs issues.
My suggestion is that you go for a full STD check up (including the hiv). For yeast discussions look up Doug Kaufman's webpage on the internet, just google his name and you'll find it. It will help you learn about yeast and candida and how to respond to them.
