How long ago did this happen?

Giving oral sex is much less of a risk than unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Just licking isn't going to transmit anything - it sounds like you didn't actually put his penis into your mouth, which would be the actual risk.

I'm not sure what "dry cum" is, unless he'd already ejaculated, and had dried semen on him. If he hadn't, his fluid shouldn't be dried.

If you are having serious weight fluctuations, you need to see your doctor. That's not an STD, including HIV, if that's what you were wondering. People don't have weight issues with HIV until years and years into the infection.

There is no risk for any STD here, including HIV, but you should see your doctor about your symptoms. They could be from any number of things, but this forum is not able to address those.

We had sex July 13 my symptoms started July 25.
I put my mouth on like up and down and everything but once he got hard he told me stop and he applied on the condom.
So did his entire penis go in your mouth?

If it did, the most you'd have is oral gonorrhea or chlamydia. There is a small chance of syphilis, but that's uncommon in most developed countries (the US, UK, Canada, etc.).

There is no risk for HIV or any of the hepatitis viruses.

Again, you need to see your doctor for your symptoms. I'm not sure what "tremendous" weight loss means here, but you should talk to your doctor about it. No STD causes weight loss just a few weeks after infection. Most never affect your weight at all.
if my blood from my gums and his precum got in contact with my gums there would be less chance of my contracting hiv
Listen to me here. Really listen.

I heard you that your gums might have been bleeding. There is still no risk here. Saliva inhibits HIV, and oral sex is not a risk for HIV, and most people don't have HIV.

You didn't get HIV from licking a penis. You just didn't. You didn't get an STD - including HIV - from this.

See your doctor for your symptoms. It's not an STD. If you had a risk, I'd tell you, I promise.
@auntiejessi what did you mean when you asked did his whole penis go into my mouth?
Well, you said you licked his penis. That's not actually the same thing as inserting the penis into your mouth, where his penis might be in your near your throat. The risks change for each thing.

If his penis was entirely in your mouth, and you were going up and down on it, that does increase the risk some.

The only things you're at risk for are oral gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis. The chances of any of those are low, and wouldn't cause your symptoms.

Have you seen a doctor yet about your symptoms? Whatever is causing you to lose that much weight that fast is far more concerning than the risk you have here.

He didn’t ejaculate a whole viral load in my mouth I’m just afraid of the pre cum connecting with my gums cause I gave him head like his, whole penis went into my mouth I went Up and down licked it , and spit on it jacked it while I was sucking it .  I licked inside his pee hole. Than he told me to get up when he got hard. And what made me more scared my friend told me that guys semen blends in with your spit so wouldn’t know its your spit or not than she said guys would be able to tell if they pre cummed or not I thought pre cums came when they about to come I never knew it came when they get hard.but my doctor was telling me you can get it but it’s a very low risk.
When you say "get it", do you mean HIV?

You don't get HIV from oral sex. Saliva inhibits the virus.

Pre-cum can be there at any time from erection to ejaculation.

If you're worried, you can always just test, but I've already gone over the risks.
But I put his entire penis in my mouth will I still not be able to get it how high will the percentage be will it effect me as like entering the vagina and anus or will still be a very low risk?
And I went up and and down I licked spit on it I did all that will it still be a very low risk?
