Syphilis from Exposure? Please help

Hello,
I went to an Asian massage parlor and the girl gave me a sloppy RIMJOB. She licked and tongued my butthole for 20 minutes. I felt burning sensations during her licking my butthole because I shaved my anus before the encounter. About 8 days later, I started getting itchy on my body (neck, ears, hands, ankles, leg, scalp). I am worried and thinking she had blood in her mouth when licking my butthole and I now have Syphilis from this exposure. Please see my three questions below:

1) Did I contract Syphilis from this encounter? What if she had blood in her mouth when licking/tonguing my butthole?
2) Is my current itching from Syphilis, based on this exposure?
3) Any need to test?

Please help. Thank you.

So blood doesn't transmit syphilis, direct skin to skin contact with a sore does.

If she had a sore on her lips or tongue, you could have gotten syphilis from the rimming. It doesn't matter how sloppy it was, or how bloody it was (don't let someone who you think is bleeding from the mouth put their mouth on you).

It was probably "sloppy" from saliva, not blood.

Syphilis doesn't cause body itching. It causes a round, painless sore that appears 10-90 days after infection. The average time for this to appear is 3 weeks.

The second stage of syphilis, which appears after the sore does, causes a rash on the hands, feet and torso. It doesn't just cause all over body itching.

If you are concerned about syphilis, which is uncommon in most developed countries (the US, UK, Canada, European countries, etc), just test. There is a risk here but it's not a big one.

You can get a conclusive test at 6 weeks.

Thanks, a couple follow up questions:

1) they already told me in this forum that I cannot get HIV from the rimming received. Do you agree with this as well?

2) Also, If I don’t get the sore on my anus, no need to test for Syphilis?

3)So 100% sure the itching is NOT from Syphilis or HIV, correct?

Thank you
1 - Yes, I agree.

2 - I wouldn't bother to test if you don't get symptoms.

3 - Correct. I'd guess it's anxiety or an allergic reaction to something, or perhaps dry skin if the weather is changing where you are, etc. Try an unscented lotion.
Thank you
You're welcome. :)
Hi again, it’s now day 6 of still having body itching (face, nose, neck, ears, arms, ankles) with some small flakes seen in my hair. Are you sure I’m not itching from HIV? All I read online is that HIV causes itching on the body and seborrheic dermatitis. Is this that, and is it from HIV based on my exposure above? If you could please answer, it would be appreciated. Thanks
You were told in the HIV forum and here that you had no risk for HIV.

Seborrheic dermatitis can be associated with HIV, but it isn't exclusive to HIV. I have it and am HIV negative.

HIV doesn't cause all over body itching or flakes in your hair. HIV wouldn't give you seborrheic dermatitis until much later into the illness.

This is really ridiculous at this point. I don't know why you are itching all over. I'm guessing anxiety, but see your doctor or if you can safely take it, try Benadryl for an allergy. Also, try dandruff shampoo.

Stop googling. Talk to your doctor about your itching and anxiety. I don't mean to sound harsh, but your issue is anxiety, or guilt, or something. It's not HIV or an STD.
