All of your STD tests are conclusively negative. You do not need to retest.

Did you ever get a covid test? Did you ever investigate anything other than STDs? I'd stop looking at STDs as the cause, and if you are still having symptoms, work with your doctor on other causes.

I visited many doctor from France to germany but must of them they saying i need to retest after 6 month and one year
No, that's not true. Everything is conclusive at 90 days, if not sooner.

Start looking at other causes if you are still having symptoms.
This post has already been addressed in the HIV forum.  We are not going to ask our members to answer questions about a person who posted anonymously here years ago.  As you have been advised, all of your tests are conclusive, and, therefore you do not have any further HIV or STD concerns.
