First time with a guy m2m (oral only)

So last week I hooked up with a guy on Friday. We did oral on each other. Mouth, penis and anus. The immediate next morning (Saturday)I started feeling terrible. My lips were tingling and somewhat burning, my anus was in pain especially when I went to the restroom. And it burned when I peed. I was freaking out. I felt like I had a fever and was sweating. I went to get tested at a clinic but they said nothing would show up since it's the day after.(got my results on Tuesday and negative on everything except HEP since they didn't offer it.) I went to the ER after the clinic and told them I think I got an STD, probably herpes due to my lips tingling and the burning of my rectum. So the dr put me on acyclovir as a precaution. It's now Thursday and my lips still tingle, my anus only hurts a little and it still burns a little when I pee but once it starts flowing it goes away. I haven't felt or seen any bumps or sores on my anus or penis area. I had a white headed pimple in my nose( i usual get those a lot so I didn't think anything of it) then just outside my lip I got another white headed pimple but it's gone now. Then on the opposite side of my lip I got another small pimple. Also gone now. I'm freaking out cuz I'm about to run out of my prescription on Saturday. And I can't see my primary doctor till Monday. Neither ER or Primary wants to refill my prescription because I don't show signs of HSV. But what if I don't show signs cuz of the medicine. I don't want Sunday to come around and I'm in extreme pain. Idk what other STD I could have contracted. I've been depressed every day and I don't know what to do. The guy who I did it with won't answer me now if he has anything. I regret everything. Please anything helps.

Also I forgot to add I haven't been able to poop normally. Nothing comes out but I have the feeling I need to poop almost every 20 mins but nothing comes out when I go. The morning and maybe evening is the only time I might see actual poop. It was a yellowish when I wiped. Also peeing isn't as frequent as it use to be.

Hi if the anus and all the other sex was unprotected having symptoms the next day would not be from any std but from injuries from the act itself but i will say, other than HIV you can get terrible e-coli infection from feces material so next time you should use a condom. Symptoms of herpes would be genital or lip sores that would develope about 1 week or 2 later followed by flu like symptoms. Infection like gono, chlamydia would be a white puss penis discharge and buring while urinating. symptoms of anus gono would be rectum irritaion and a white puss dishcarge that would appear about a week later.
Things like Syphilis would be chancre sores appearing up to a month or so later. If your concerned test for all including HIV at the correct window period if the sex was unprotected.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah it was no condom. But no penetration happened. I messed up and now I just don't know which STD relates to my symptoms. I have no discharge of any sort. Is HIV possible with no blood? It's so nerve racking that I have to wait so long to figure out if I have an STD. I'm just tearing myself apart.
