Mutual Masturbation Risk

Hey, It's a super easy not so complicated question.
Hung out with a dude, we were just touching each others genitals and going back and forth doing so. Cool.
He ..halfway finishes, so he's got a decent amount that came out. He within a couple seconds takes some and masturbates me with it, no doubt it got all over and probably inside the urethra.
I've had some urethral discomfort, but it could just be my imagination, but I have been checking a lot and perhaps that's what's causing it?
What are my risks here? I keep seeing it's virtually no risk if not zero, and I can't seem to find a single case online that transmission has ever occurred, it's always stories of unprotected encounters.

Well, you've already answered your question. :)

This is essentially zero risk, there are no documented transmission of it, and you don't need to worry about it.

The discomfort could be anxiety, a bit of dehydration, etc.

Here are some links that help explain why. They are questions answered by experts, when we had them. You really don't need to worry.
