Red spots on penis

I have recently noticed a number (about 10 or so) red spots on one side of my penis.
I have no pain or itchiness associted to these. They are not raised in anyway.

All but one of these are all located on the shaft of my penis, the other is located on the head of my penis, this is on the side and again is not raised and presents no issue.

I have only had unprotected sex with my partner and as far as I am aware she has only had it with me.

Anyone got any suggestions how I can identify these?

Thanks in advance
