Hi,
Nevertheless I have to say I am extremely worried about my sexual health. I had anal sex approximately 5 months ago and 2,5 months ago I was diagnosed and treated for Chlamydia (500mg Cipro + 1,5g Azitromicin). After treatment I tested negative for Chlamydia three times: urethral swab, semen test and rectal swab. I also recently did the aerobic bacterial semen analysis and they found: "polymorphonuclear leukocytes <10" + "number of bacteria 10x3 CFU/ml"
The problem is that my right testicle is visibly larger than my left testicle, and I have some strange problems. My penis seems to be overly sensitive and I can ejaculate in the matter of seconds, but when I ejaculate little or no semen comes out immediately, it starts flowing out slowly few seconds after the orgasm and I literally have to "milk" my penis in order to get the rest of semen out. Minutes after the orgasm, there also seems to be a little waterish seminal fluid coming out of my urethra. As if there is something blocking the semen flow. I should also point out I don't ejaculate oftenly.
I would appreciate if somebody could tell me what other tests can I do to see what is causing this. Is it possible there are anaerobic bacteria in my testicles/prostate/urethra? Any help deeply appreciated.
Thank you.
