Strange symptoms . Std or what ?!

My story is ... i had an oral sex with a messaging guy in a spa (I'm a 21 years old bisexual guy )  before 4. Months , he just gave me a blowjob , And after  3 days i wake up and go straight to the bathroom and my  stool was dark and loose  and the other symptoms start to shows after 3,4 days like skin rash on my back and hands and chest, leg pain , white tounge , PINES ACNE  without burning ! , tiredness . I visited after a dermatologist , endocrinologist , gastronologist and did the CRP , CBC ,  ESR blood test in . was all negative and took apodoxy antibiotics and it didn't change anything  the symptoms didn't go away , i know its not an hiv  becouse  hiv doesn't transfers like dat and im not into sex alot even i met the guy again and i told him about my problem and he told me he is fine and healthy but I'm scared dat I don't know what this symptoms related to , please help I'm paying lot of money for doctor without any cure or help for my problem, i need to know what test should i do

You are fine completely fine, the stress and anxiety is creating all this problems, after the scare of STD/HIV comes in, then you will be checking all the small changes happening   in your body, and with that mental stress will also give you fatigue like feeling muscle cramps , joint pains , abdominal pains etc..etc.

.So dont worry at all just sit straight keep your mind relaxed and free and take few deep breaths.U will be fine soon
