STI Risks & Testing - Male Receiving unprotected Oral sex

I am 28M, I received breif blowjob for 10secs.

Not rough blowjob , just lip of her touching my penis. (I am not sure about whether the saliva Contact was there with my tip)

Also, Penis was not fully erect & It was not deep . I didn't ejaculate in her mouth.

Then immediately I washed with Soap.

what are the STI/STD Risks here ?

I have tested for chalmydia, gonorrhea, Hbsag, HIV(PCR RNA), syphilis at 18 day mark.

Now it's 45 days completed & I don't have any symptoms specifically.

My main fear now is hep B & Herpes.

Should I need to retest after 90 days for all STI ?

if i am infected with herpes, How soon the outbreak will occur?

No. Oral sex is a LOW risk for std's and testing if you have symptoms is all that is required. You were told you DID NOT need an hiv test but anxiety made you ignore that. The same goes for std's if you do not have any symptoms which you have not described any. You sincerely sound to be suffering an anxiety disorder and that is treatable. Talk to your doctor about that.

You are worried because you have anxiety. You don't have any symptoms of herpes. You notice symptoms of herpes (and remember, this would be ORAL herpes going to your genitals) in 2 to 20 days.  As to Hepatitis B, only 5 % of adults who get it go on to have a chronic issue. It's most problematic with children and they make a vaccine for it. That works. If you feel it necessary to test even though you don't have symptoms, you can test for Hep B 6 weeks after the exposure.

Did you read what I said above? There has never been a single documented case of hep B transmitted by oral sex. You won't be the first.

Hep B causes more that "a little discomfort" in the stomach. That could be anything, including anxiety.

There is zero risk to contract Hepatitis B from blowjobs. It has never been documented by doctors while Hep B is very well studied.
In China, where Hep B is quite common (dozens times more common than in the US) and thus well-studied, it is believed oral sex poses zero risk of transmission.
You don't have Hep B and your stomach discomfort is unrelated.

I mean it causes pain. It causes nausea, vomiting, dark urine, fever, fatigue and loss of appetite, etc.

It's PAIN, not "a little discomfort".
