Odd red bumps on my penis!

So I know there are a lot of bumps on penis questions here (I'm pretty sure I've read most of them at this point) but mine haven't really matched any I've read, so anyways I have these few, shinny tiny red bumps scattered around the shaft of my penis (and one time one that was under my foreskin), that are usually the size of a single pin prick, sometimes slightly bigger or smaller, and they do not leave unless I remove them myself, it seems like only when I get rid of them do they come back, but if I leave them alone they just sort of hang out.

They don't hurt, they don't itch and the core of them is like a tiny bit of rubber, sort of squishy to the touch and is completely hard, nothing at all like the inside of a pimple.

I talked to a doctor at my student health center, and while he said to keep my pants on, he said it sounded like molluscum contagiosum, and that it would be safe to remove them at home if I made sure it was clean, and when I did, the weird thing was, it didn't hurt at all, the skin above it wasn't too thick, and most of the mass was the odd core. Other bits I should mention, I am uncircumcised, and like a lot of boys in college probably masturbate too much, don't shower enough, and have had sex with a few women without being positive if they were clean or not,

I'm pretty sure these aren't herpes because they don't sound like anything I've read, I don't think they're warts because the bumps look more integrated into my penis and less like its floating on top of it. I don't think its molluscum contagiosum because the core sounds kinda different, mine are a little more red, and it never has any of the dimples they always talk about.

Please let me know if you have any questions, as with most men I spend a lot of time analyzing my penis so I'm sure I could tell you any more details you might need, also, sorry for writing so much... Thank you!

why not get a 2nd opinion from a dermatologist if you aren't satisfied with the answer you were given from the campus clinic?

if you read my post, you will see that it said I went to the only doctor I could afford, and he wasn't much help. But thanks for being snide and passive aggressive, that really helps!

You read the other questions about bumps, but did you read any of the answers?  If you had, then you already know that we are going to tell you that you need to see a doctor because bumps are caused by many different things.  Many of those things are not std related.  So, you would need to get a proper evaluation (which we can't give you) and treatment (which we can't give you).  Really, all we are here for is support and facts.  And the ethical answer when it comes to bumps, lumps, and rashes is to go to the doctor.  I can provide you a link from the moderators to further back it.
